With our extensive experience in acquiring sites and securing planning permissions, we ensure a smooth, efficient and transparent acquisition process.
We offer a ‘finder’s fee’ of 2% of the purchase price upon completion, provided the land is not on the open market and that the introducer has a direct connection with the vendor, whether the site is on or off the market.

We have a defined acquisition plan to take our total to 60 homes by 2025, to provide new homes for an additional 2160 people.

What we're looking for
The land we acquire is dedicated to a meaningful purpose - our care homes provide essential complex nursing care in high-demand areas.
We’re currently seeking potential development sites, with or without planning consent.
Our typical projects involve constructing care homes with 30 to 40 bedrooms, covering areas of 2,200 to 3,000 square meters. We look for sites ranging from 0.9 to 2 acres in size, preferably located in urban areas with good transport links.

being part of large mixed-use or regeneration sites
unconditional offers with low planning risk.
