About the role
Our Health Care Assistants support people to live their best lives, whatever that looks like to them.
No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
supporting people with their personal care
assisting people at meal times, promoting choice and respecting preferences
understanding individual health and wellbeing needs
encouraging and supporting people to take part in social activities, both in and out of the home, based on their personal interests and hobbies
promoting choice, dignity, independence and respect
completing and maintaining care records .
We have higher-than-average staffing levels when compared to other care providers, giving you more time to spend with the people you support.

Getting to Parkside
Directions to Parkside
Parkside is a short drive from junction 10 on the M6, and other major roads including the A454 in Walsall.
You can access Parkside from A4037 Bloomfield Road (via Newhall Street) and Upper Church Lane (via Laburnum Road).
Parkside is on the corner of Tibbington Terrace and Tibbington Road, opposite Regent Street.
There are limited parking spaces in the home’s car park. Street parking is available along Tibbington Terrace.
Public transport to Parkside
The home is a short walk from several bus stops.
Turner Street bus stop (stop ID: nwmpgtgj), which is accessed by bus 42.
Regent Street bus stop (stop ID: nwmpgtmw), which is accessed by buses 11 and 11A.
There's also a train station in the local area.
Tipton - 0.9 miles away (14 minute walk).
