Elizabeth Pancott

Elizabeth is Legal Director at Exemplar Health Care. She acts as the Company Secretary and Senior Information Risk Owner, and advises colleagues on all legal matters including the acquisition and construction of new care homes, information governance, safeguarding and regulatory matters.

Elizabeth has over 17 years of health care legal experience, holding previous roles both in-house and in private legal practice.

At Exemplar Health Care, she leads a small Legal Team that advises on acquisitions and development, shareholder and partnership agreements, funder contracts and healthcare regulations, including with CQC.

She also chairs our Raising Concerns Committee and Information Governance Committee.

Elizabeth has been involved in developing a corporate social responsibility strategy for the organisation, which strengthens our commitment to making a positive influence on the wider community.
