Rachel Calladine

Rachel Calladine is Business Development Director at Exemplar Health Care. She builds and maintains positive relationships with a variety of external stakeholders such as Integrated Commissioning Boards, local authorities and NHS Trusts, so that more people living with complex needs can receive the right care, the first time round, in one of our care homes.

Rachel has worked with us for almost ten years, progressing from Operations Manager to Senior Director of Operations, and most recently Business Development Director.

This experience makes her the perfect person to lead our Business Development Team and Marketing Team, and support our aim to be the complex care provider of choice with funding organisations.

With over half of our service users coming to an Exemplar Health Care home following a failed placement, Rachel is committed to working closely alongside people, their families and commissioners to ensure they can access the right care, the first time round, which will ultimately reduce re-admissions to hospital and facilitate longer-term outcomes.

"My favourite days at work are at our Service User Council meetings, where the number one focus is fun.
